Ensure you meet the entry requirement

To be eligible for the program you must have successfully completed a year of study at a higher education institution.

Students applying for design must provide a portfolio for entry. Students from institutions teaching in languages other than English must provide evidence of proficiency in the language.

Complete the Application for Admission form

For assistance with applying, students from partner institutions should seek advice from their home university’s International Office. Other students who may have any questions while completing the application form can email study@swinburne.edu.my

Supporting documentation

The completed application form must include:

• certified academic transcripts with grading system
• English translation of academic transcripts where applicable
• certified English proficiency test results
• a Statement of Purpose
• applicant’s Curriculum Vitae (resume)
• Referral Letters
• portfolio (for students applying for design)
• photocopy of passport (photo page and relevant visa page if applicable)

Closing dates

Applications must reach Swinburne Sarawak at least eight (8) weeks before the intake date.

Approval process

Swinburne Sarawak will notify you once your application has been received. If the application is successful, an offer into the international exchange program will then be issued to you.

Receive your offer

If your application is approved, Swinburne Sarawak will make you an offer.

Accept your offer

To accept the offer, you must sign and complete the Offer Acceptance Form that is included in the offer package.

At this time, you are also required to make an initial payment, which may include payment for your accommodation, in order to be accepted into your chosen course. The amount to be paid is stated in your offer letter.
