Elevate proficiency in increasing digital workspace.
This is a suite of short, practical programs to elevate participants’ digital proficiency in an increasing digital workspace. The suite is developed in line with along the University’s transformative digital journey, and in collaboration with our partner – the Malaysian Employer Federation Academy.
The suite aims to ease participants into mobile ways of working with apps, cloud, automation and AI, using tolls which are mostly free to use. On top of technical skills, the suite emphases on the human touches as well – the do’s and don’t of communication and the etiquette.
Participants will gain the following competency certification if a combination of training courses are completed satisfactory.
