4th Internship Sharing Session: Engineering Students shared their Internship Experience
The world is facing a tough time during this fight against COVID-19, Malaysia alike is going through a tough movement control order (MCO) for the same. In the Swinburne University Sarawak Campus, we adhered to this MCO guidelines and halted all face to face engagement. However, we keeping in touch with our students on a routine basis and engage them regularly through online platforms. Students from Swinburne Sarawak campus, even in this unprecedented condition, came forward enthusiastically to share their experience and achievements. Here is one such event where students from Faculty of Engineering was live through MSTeams to share their internship experience in different industries.
Engineering students of Swinburne Sarawak gained intern’s advices and details at the Internship Sharing Session online recently organised by Unit Convenor of EAT20008 Professional Experience in Engineering, Dr Elaine Yeu Yee Lee and co-organised by Swinburne Sarawak IChemE Student Chapter. The event was held online from 3.00pm to 4.00pm on Wednesday, 15 April 2020 due to Movement Control Order (MCO). Around 65 students had joined this internship sharing session online in practicing the social distance. The sharing session featured SHANTY ANAK CHANDI, FATIN FARZANA BINTI ANUAR (Mechanical) previously did internship at MLNG, HANNA MAIZURA BINTI MOHD NOOR HAZRIN (Chemical) at SMDS, Derrick Chan, Nelson Ting, Hii Ming Ong (Civil) at GBU, Tsen Xin Hui (Electrical and Electronic) at Intel, TIE HIENG HUI (Robotics and Mechatronics) at Keysight.
