This is another real industry experience built-in to your degree. At Swinburne, we embed SwinSPINE into our degrees, so you get to explore your industry through practical experiences. You will complete an industry-linked project as part of a unit of study usually worth 12.5 or 25 credit points depending on the undergraduate course you are completing.
SwinSPINE provides you with the opportunity to experience some aspects of a real-work environment and apply theoretical knowledge into practice while you are in class. You will obtain a better understanding of how organisations operate, develop a clearer career plan and establish key contacts in the industry to support you throughout your work journey.
There are four types of SwinSPINE. Your degree might include the following one or all four depending on your study area.
