KUCHING, 30 September, 5pm
As you may be aware from earlier communications, Swinburne Sarawak responded to a cyber incident which resulted in unauthorised access to our data.
With our best efforts, we have directly reached out to our stakeholders who may have been affected by the cyber incident, notified them of its potential impact, precautionary measures that can be taken, and dedicated channels that they can use to reach us for assistance.
We continue to work with our external experts to further enhance the university’s cyber security measures and secure our IT systems to prevent future threats.
Should there be any questions or concerns, we can be reached at support@swinburne.edu.my.
We thank everyone for their support, understanding, cooperation and patience.
